Scope of Agreement: Master The Gap, Inc. furnishes on-line information, research, education, and services to visitors and members via its website at www.masterthegap.com (Website) and through email, and other forms of communication as we deem appropriate. By visiting this Website or by communicating with any person working for, or on behalf of, Master The Gap, Inc through email, telephone or otherwise, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "use" means the use and availability of, access to, transmission to or from or any exchange of information or communication in connection with or arising from this entire website and any communication, directly or indirectly, with any person from Master The Gap, Inc. hereinafter referred to as The Service.
Master The Gap, Inc. and The Service is neither a solicitation to sell or offer to buy any financial instrument. Master The Gap, Inc. is in no way recommending or advising the purchase, sale or short sale of any securities, options, futures or other financial instruments. Any details regarding short-term trades are intended for your own educational purposes. It is up to you to perform your own due diligence, make your own trading and investment decisions, and to take full responsibility for those decisions. It is not recommended that anyone copy or follow the signals at Master The Gap, Inc. Master The Gap, Inc. teaches by example, sharing both successes and failures. Terms of Use: We invite our members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each member abide by certain rules. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to MasterTheGap.com, without recourse.
1. Do not share your logon password(s) and user name(s). Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.

4. Please use your own name when posting on this website. Do not impersonate anyone else.
5. Treat other members and subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any member is allowed.
6. Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forum and trading rooms.
7. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forum and trading rooms. Do not libel or defame others. MasterTheGap.com strongly disapproves of flaming.
8. When you post content in MasterTheGap.com forum or elsewhere on the website, you permit MasterTheGap.com to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to MasterTheGap.com the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.
We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on the MasterTheGap.com forum and website, but MasterTheGap.com has the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The heirs of Master The Gap, Inc. owners/operators are to assume no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for continuing the website or fulfilling membership services or obligations that existed before death or disability of the owners/operators.
This entire agreement between you and Master The Gap, Inc., supersedes prior agreements regarding its subject matter. Whenever new products or services become available, your use of them will be under this Agreement unless notified otherwise. You must comply with any additional terms which apply to third party content, software or other services. This Agreement and/or the services we offer, paid for or otherwise, may be changed at any time, for any reason, as we desire, without refund or obligation owed to you. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of North Carolina, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
